RE:PLL up pre mkt. It  seems as there may be a glich for Sayona in the supply deal. Both stocks have responded well
price wise to the supply agreement with Tesla. In the fine print however PLL appears to have a locked in price ceiling on what it pays Sayona for the Lithium concentrate coming out of Canada. If the current price that I found is correct, then PLL stands to profit at an astronomical rate based on the pricing conditions that they negotiated with Tesla. Am attempting to reach someone at Sayona to ascertain if this is indeed correct and if so, whether there is a way to renegotiate. If not, it would seeem that the only way out of this situation may be to avoid fulfilling it's obligations to supply PLL with its' allocation.
No one wins if that happens. If I have any luck obtaining clarification from SYA, I will post the outcome.
