RE: Cemented Off

Sandunes, I had heard re the cementing off a while back, but didn't go on the SH bullboard re this. I needed to do full DD on this before doing so, as my belief is that after paying their own salaries, the Van PBT/BRX crew best loves to use other people's monies (shareholders) to indulge their litigiousness against those who question them.

I am a busy guy - and haven't been a shareholder for years, so I haven't done the DD yet. I will say, though, that I sincerely hope that anyone who has lost money on this, IMHO, doomed venture has been able to afford to lose it. I also sincerely believe that anybody who invested (other than those paid salaries and options), had/have a very small chance of ever coming out ahead - or even.
