Cemented Off

Investors!  We believe it is all over in the Fairview area for BRX, The wells have been cemented off and abandonned by order of the ERCB, (the 2 wells just north of town drilled a few winters ago).  There was a service rig on one location so the well (which had gas in it) was cemented off in intervals.  Apparently the surface rights land holders were not paid for their surface rights agreement for the wells and triggerred the action.  The sub surface minerals for the wells by freeholders have now had the caveats released and the mineral rights for the wells returned back to them.  BRX does not control these wells anymore and have been claimed by the ERCB under the well orphan fund program to be abandonned.  What a shame.  This will never happen again, there is nothing left in Fairview for BRX and according to local service companies and investors that it will never happen again on their watch or in this lifetime.  Too many people out funds, particularly local service companies.  What is left?  The partially owned water making (high water to low oil ratio, BS&W) which is not even in production!  Why isn't it? What ever happened to the Saskatchewan play?  Very quiet, who is the suppossed JV?  Never any good news with this one!  Our advice to management is to seek different careers because you cannot run an oil and gas company when you know absolutely nothing about the business, reside in Vancouver so far away from the action (all real oil & gas companies reside in Calgary) and will not take any direction from experience and are not willing to give up control.  It is a shame because the one well had gas readings (hence the service Rig) for a controlled cement job without a blowout.  These 2 wells are toast.  The land owner wants their farm land back so they can farm it for revenue and rightfully so, nothing is free in this world and 1 cannot have something when they don't want to pay.  So this post from our group just coincides with the news release to the halt of Trading order posted.  Our advice to investors, it is probably to late to get out as there is no reason for anyone to buy so if one can, right your shares off as a loss because this ship has sailed and will never return to Fairview.  Way to go management, sorry investors for the bad news but at least you know the truth now before 1 sinks more into this sinking ship.  Management just refused to listen or take advice from expertise, wisdom, experience and did not want to pay.  And that includes the board also, useless.  Macdonalds & A&W are still hiring! always hiring, need some experienced people at those windows!  Why has the BRX stock been halted and a cease order to trade?  Is it because of the well abandonments, improper filing, has the transfer agent been paid?  Who knows, buyer beware!  Get out or should we say Wright them off!  As a group this is our last Post, BRX is done and will soon be in Bankruptcy as there is nothing to make any revenue accept lies and offerrings to raise more money just to eat, survive, pay rent, codo lease's, car lease's etc.  Jim Rockford please feel free to comment one last time on this as this is our last.  Sorry investors for the terrible news but it had to be known.

This post as a group is in our honest opinnion (IOHO)

We seek safe Harbour, where have we heard that so many times befor...lol

Sandunes, I had heard re the cementing off a while back, but didn't go on the SH bullboard re this. I needed to do full DD on this before doing so, as my belief is that after paying their own salaries, the Van PBT/BRX crew best loves to use other people's monies (shareholders) to indulge their litigiousness against those who question them. I am a busy guy - and haven't been a ...more
