Mis-Management Discount

I think you may be forgetting that this management group has lost all credibility in the investment community. Just listen to the conference call and the tone of the analyst questions. The management was not aware of having to re-submit an environmental assessment for two of their most prolific blocks thus resulting in no exploration taking place on these blocks in 2012. What oil Men? Their seems to be no rush to drill for oil in 2012 / 2013, small junior companies have drilled more wells than these guys. Their current plan is to watch production decline, buyback shares and drill a few dry wells. The Chairman of the Board should have acted long ago, but I think he is pretty much useless IMHO!!

can someone contact the company and ask them why they stopped the buyback?  i see it as either they are conserving to pay the divy, are saving to pay out the upcoming arbitration, they are in talks with someone (i dont think so as an insider sold on Nov 8th)
