Does Anyone Know What Happened To These Shares?The transaction described in item 1 above took place on March 18, 2019, and involved Premium Exploration, Inc. acting solely (“Premium”) of 5968 N. Govt. Way, Suite 305, Dalton Gardens, Idaho 83815.

On March 18, 2019, Premium acquired ownership and control of 3,000,000 common shares (the “Subject Shares”) of the Company. The Subject Shares represented approximately 14.6% of all issued and outstanding common shares of the Company as of March 18, 2019, immediately following the transaction described above.
