Does Anyone Know What Happened To These Shares?

The transaction described in item 1 above took place on March 18, 2019, and involved Premium Exploration, Inc. acting solely (“Premium”) of 5968 N. Govt. Way, Suite 305, Dalton Gardens, Idaho 83815.

On March 18, 2019, Premium acquired ownership and control of 3,000,000 common shares (the “Subject Shares”) of the Company. The Subject Shares represented approximately 14.6% of all issued and outstanding common shares of the Company as of March 18, 2019, immediately following the transaction described above.

Good question .... how can a supposedly dead company that has not filed for years still be carrying on business ... and ..... Yes ...where are these shares...  Has anyone on this board attempted to contact Patrick Ryan either by email or by the phone number listed on Sedar ????

Never mind my last reply as I decided to use the email posted earlier in the thread and John to my surprise replied to my query.  It seems that Premium is not officially dead and there are steps being taken to reactivate the company..  I am posting the email as I'm sure it will be ok as anyone else that would have took the time to email would likely have recieved the same reply so

Thanks for the update! I still have a bunch of this in my account and continue to see it traded on the Pinks!  Was always wondering if this would come alive again!
