RE:fidelity?I don,t know who the buyer is but there is a Fidelity connection with the Boston Group, Mike Gordon. Jeff Vinik and Mike Gordon ran the largest growth fund at Fidelity in the 1990's. Then they were promoted to run the largest mutual fund in existence at the time, the Magellan Fund at Fidelity. Then they left and started a huge hedge fund which was very successful and these guys became very wealthy. I think Mike is a 10% owner of the Red Sox, Patriots and their soccer team. I believe he is very involved with the Boston Group investment in Promis. I would not be surprised if he has recommended purchase of the stock to others including former collegues at Fidelity.
