Who is the buyer through Fidelity? I think it's been mentioned here before but I don't remember, part of the Boston group?  Do they plan to hold?

I don,t know who the buyer is but there is a Fidelity connection with the Boston Group, Mike Gordon. Jeff Vinik and Mike Gordon ran the largest growth fund at Fidelity in the 1990's. Would not be surprised if the Boston Investors are long gone. They bought at less than 0.20 and most likely Sold at 0.28. At least the smart ones. They wanted to bring PMN through Stage 1 Clinical Trials. So far nothing and the competition is growing. What we need is a New CEO to get this Company moving into the right direction and at FULL force!

The Boston Group owns like maybe 20-25% of the Company.  These guys are looking for 10x or 20 x or more and you think they sell the stock for an $.08 profit per share. Ridiculous. If you own the stock, be quiet and be patient and you will be rewarded.

David, here is some information to help you understand. Promis issued 196M shares and raised $28M in last four months. Total shares are now approximately 432M. That is a 46% dilution with new owners. I said the Boston Group owns 20-25% of the Company-I think my number is probably low. Have you thoroughly checked out the backgrounds and bios of the four Boston investors and their connection to

Thanks for the comments. No reason to think this program will stop accumulating any time soon given the suspected stockpile still awaiting liquidation, but any trend in volume could be suggestive.

Slow day. The haggling between the fidelity buyer and anon seller is amusing but you both know today's price, why can't you two just get it on?
