If there are only 7 million post-consolidation shares then it gets easier to significantly increase the share volume under the excuse of liquidy, and how those new shares are apportioned could determine the balance of support on board. Goldstein's distribution to short term lenders worked short term to maintain his control, but now it could work against it.
