Predictable
I dont understand why some want answers. We are just investors. We are not insiders. After the Boston Group invested, it was predictable that we were headed to be a US listed stock, there would be a reverse split, management and the board would be strengthened and the main focus would be on PMN 310 and getting into clinical trials. I believe the serology test is awesome but a sideshow. They are focused on the main show. Is there going to be future dilution, yes of course. Why would that be a surprise. I predict that Promis will allow the market for their NASDAQ stock to settle in and appreciate for at least three to four months. I am good with what is happenning and optimistic that this is going to payoff big time.

So maybe you can tell us why 60:1 instead of 10:1 or 20:1 ? Because all it tells me is that they won't be waiting for the price to go up on very low risk P1 milestones, they'll be grabbing the control block first at near today's price.

The reason this company is in this mess is because your management, Goldstein diluted the hell out of this and is still in the Company to cause more problems. He takes his wages even if he is not a Director.

Face it you cant get rid of Goldstein. He is still President of the company. He agreed to leave the CEO position which is now being handled by Gene Williams . The only way these guys will leave is if the compnay is bought out.

Maybe. If there are only 7 million post-consolidation shares then it gets easier to significantly increase the share volume under the excuse of liquidy, and how those new shares are apportioned could determine the balance of support on board. Goldstein's distribution to short term lenders worked short term to maintain his control, but now it could work against it.

So they chose 30-60 blindfolded with darts? Thanks for trying. I'm not religious but this is one time when something happened for a reason.

I'm with you M101. A few weeks back I asked opinions on what a post consolidation range the company would shoot for, and 60:1 was far from anything I could think of. Why low ball a share float too as low as 7M shares if not for the fear of another rapid escalation in outstanding shares when they return for more funding at a possible lower share price post consolidation?
