I am only assuming like most Options they will expire worthless and not excercised.
There might not be a Reverse Split and we might not see any Nasdaq Listing. 

There are many stipulations in order to get listed on the Nasdaq.

Were the Options at 0.10 for the Boston Club?

Hope someone with more knowledge can reply.
