RE:Gene and Elliott both swineThey are not done, Eugene maintains chairman of the board one of the most important tasks of the company. How he pulled this off consultant and strategic advisor to the board is a mystery after years of under performing in missing deadlines no partnerships, deals and a share price near 5 year lows. Maybe reward for the cheap financings and convertible debentures to the Boston group.
