ProMIS Neurosciences Inc PMN

ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. is a development stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on generating and developing antibody therapeutics selectively targeting toxic misfolded proteins in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and multiple system atrophy (MSA), an alpha-synucleinopathy. Its proprietary target discovery engine applies a thermodynamic, computational discovery platform - ProMIS and Collective Coordinates - to predict novel targets known as Disease Specific Epitopes on the molecular surface of misfolded proteins. Using this approach, the Company is developing novel antibody therapeutics for AD, ALS and MSA. Its product portfolio includes PMN310 / Amyloid-beta, PMN267 / TDP-43, and PMN442 / Alpha-synuclein. The Company plans to investigate additional synucleinopathies, including Parkinson's disease (PD) and dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB). Its wholly owned subsidiary is ProMIS Neurosciences (US) Inc.

What’s Happening?

What’s Happening?Don't know. Heard Neil Warma was at JPM in SF. He is interim CEO. Maybe interim for a variety of reasons including that he might only want a short term gig. Speculating now, maybe the BostonGroup is seeing things a bit different three years into this. The need for additional financings and the need to hire a bunch of employees is doable but do they want that. The holy grail, PMN310,has been non negotiable. Putting it on the table is now in their control, not the founders. Pharmacy/Biotech is recently very active. The timing is good. I know nothing but something is going on.
