Where's the NCIB?

Sent email to the company. They said they are buying and they will do the filing within 10 days after a month has passed (legal requirement based on management). Hope to see the filing by April 11th.

They have bought back 200,000 units so far, and the ASPP starts tomorrow. HR held 3.3M PMZ units from the spin off, and sold them all in Q1 at average 14.77ea.

With more than 1 million shares short and ASPP, we should see 17$+ this month

What would inspire HR to sell at such a discount? I would have thought they would have approached a buyer and got a better price privately or waited

HR is not in the game of owning shares/units of another company/REIT. Selling PMZ at 30% discount and use that money to keep buying back their own shares at a 25-30% discount makes sense.
