I figure that the reason for the other companies being aggressive with Private PLacements and Warrants is to raise money when the banks or lending companies can't touch them (or its complicated for them to do so). In this case PNTV, is an existing company and probably does not have any of the concerns of the others in regards to financing - or much less complication.
While I do have invested funds in about 7 other MJ stock, this is the one that has had my attention for some time due to its difference from the others.
