My guess that this filing that shows about 4.million in financing with warrents to the tune of 3 to 5 times the current share price will close off any outstanding costs with Green Leaf.

I really think the NV angle is the strongest in the US right now. While California has the population, NV has the tourism and it will do very well.

I did today, but may add mroe tomorrow.  I really see this as an insanly underviewed stock.  PNTV has a lot happeneing besides MJ, but the MJ part will be a major extention.   LIke I said, 4M is a lot of money and to offer the warrents at ABOVE the current value is a bit of a bold move.  Usually I see them around the same level or whatever the PP amount is.

Indeed usually some scuzzy canadian company will dump a giant load of cheap warrants for up to 60 months, but Players has many investors banging on the door creating a refreshing premium to the shareholders.

Notice the stages of investor money are very quick, Dec 15, and the coming months. This means Players will be hitting milestones before those dates and sending the stock up up up.

What I find different here is that most of the other MJ companies were Canadian Mining companies.  Thats no big deal to me, but PNTV already exists and has some revenue.  Hell, even if the Comcast suit is not a full award its still millions of settlement.  The WeedTV concept is interesting especially for the tourist market. I figure that the reason for the other companies being

Exactly right. Players has history and no mystery. You know where they came from, you know all the storms they have weathered and still standing. That's called credibility, it reads from start to present in a straight line.
