American Growers

With the DEA creating a code for MJ Extracts from the plant, moving products from Canada into the US could become vastly more complicated.

As an investor, I am looking to segregate my investments and look to more American Producers too as the big ones in Canada may not be able to move as much across borders.

Its all to be seen in the future, but the DEA looks like its looking to tighten its national presence.   Inside the national boundaries they would need to have state and local authorities on side and thats not likely in most cases.

PNTV is looking better all the time to me.  Americann is another but I'm still just beginning to review that one.

NF the stock New Age Farms? You mean the stock that the CEO dumped 10 million shares through a #d account and fakd over all the investors. That stock lost all credibility with me. They want to grow on what they call campuses, parcels of farmland. Out door swag lol.

I have to agree, it was hyped too much for me.  ACAN shot up 24% recently and are opening a large center in Mass I think.  I will watch that one for a while and look to enter during a pullback Bringing back focus to PNTV, I feel these setups are golden now.  If the DEA makes the byproducts recognized and included it could make importing much more complicated.  Not impossible ...more

All pissant ceos dump stock when they flare their little big man ego and buy a harley. broom broom. if you're looking for a stock where the ceo doesn't sell shares for a profit you have about 5 years left on the moon.

Ya but when they try to cover their tracks while dumping stock that usually signals the company is in bad shape!!!

By vastly complicated I think you may meanvirtually impossible. I can see genetic stock being moved with great expense and red tape, and retail stock being a no way jose period.

Time will tell but its not going to be the wonderland some people tend to think it will be.  I hedge some American Growers now to offset Canadian growers.  Canada is a big market in and of itself Medical alone is huge.  The thought sof these newer facilities ramping up in Canada to supply the US is a bit far fetched.  International markets besides the US I am sure would be ...more

To my knowledge American marijuana must be produced in the US. I know at this point in time a Canadian company cannot profit from the the growth or sale of marijuana inside the US. Although it is possible for a Canadian company to provide services to a US based marijuana company. For example the product name, advice on growing technics or lease them facilities to grow in if the land is owned by a ...more
