RE:RE:Website UpdateYou are correct, the payout, whatever it is, will be based on losses, not shares. Certain losses have more weight depending on the date the purchases were made, for example after the initial prospectus offering.
I would speculate that they take the total value of accumlated and weighted losses to fix the payout ratio. i.e. net funds available for payout divided by the total weighted approved losses makes the payout ratio.
It is not a per share ratio, but rather a per $ value of accumulated eligible and weighted loss. That is why they can't set the value until all claims have been adudicated and approved.
I'll go futher in a branch to suggest that the people being engaged at the present are not having their full claims appoved as such, so they are going back and forth with these folks to ensure they have an agreed approved amount. They don't want lawsuits after distribution.
JMO
