should expect payment sometime this week right - well we will see - I hope we don't have another delay like end of November.

Website still says they are confident the payment will be sent out by the end of October, but then they were confident it would be sent out early September and then confident it would be sent out early October. They must be paid by the hour.

We were supposed to received an e-mail last week (has they told me in their response) with each of our claims details. NOTHING again. We are now the 25th... LIKE I SAID WE HAVE TO START TO REGROUP, for preparing and action. I think we will also gonna have to communicate with the lawyers.

If the Settlement Agent is non-responsive, as they seemingly are except for the blanket promises, you might as well try legal counsel and see if they have any indication. You are after all paying their fees as part of the Settlement pool.
