EY stated that they have received LOIs
Multiple Letters of intent to buy or take control of Pure Global has been revieved by EY and presented to court as per the court endorsements of motion April 23. This means that hope is getting stronger for PURE to stay alive with different management which is ideal for share holders. Court has approved extension of one week for stay period to allow for LOI's negotiations, this means that court is in favor of keeping this company running and return employees specially in these hard times of COVID 19. Fingers crossed!
