Financing final agreement got delayed to next week but it's in final stage. Might be Closing the week after. It got really tight but I think in two weeks they will reinstate their situation and start rock'n roll. Once situation is rectified the SP will sky rocket to catch up with our peers of other small to medium size LPs. So let's say reaching 50M market cap won't take long time

There was no such move for this amount of shares on ATS! The whole ATS volume today is 8k shares. Anyway, even if you are not long on PURE it is not recommended to sell at almost the 52w low. Investors are hesitant to buy into PURE because of financials, as without money how can they operate to generate money. So financial non dilutive deal would give PURE the key to success.
