1 to 3 split

That split will bring some welcome relief, be nice to start losing only 1/3 of the money we are usually losing everyday.

That 3/1 split will also allow people to purchase shares on margin which they currently cannot. When a reverse split happens the first thing you should do it take a look at the company not the stock. See if you can find any problems. Spartan is known for having a fantastic balance sheet. I don't see them going broke anytime soon.
