PUDA Coal settlement
Does anyone know whether Canadian investors are eligible to apply for the settlement?
In the Release Form it states something like "I am a US citizen or other US person".
If I do not qualify, why did my broker send me the forms and why are my losses different from those of other investors living in the US - or is there another way to apply for investors outside the US?
