I was caught up in this with 100,000 shares....definitely not a huge investment and knew the biggest risk here was that this was in Kenya. At best this was a gamble.... In my own books I wrote this ...more

The terms of judgement were agreed prior to the hearing. Therefore the judgement is final. the court has already provided for argument of process/conditions. Otherwise judgement could not be made. If ...more

I can't imagine they would want their license back. all faith/trust in the Kenyan system would be lost. After all of this, I can't see PAW wanting to invest any money in Kenya.
