POLL : Will You Tender?

The OSK buy out of QMI requires 66.66% support of the QMI shareholders.  This seems chincy compared to where we were 18 months ago.  At any rate, my POLL question is:

 

Will you tender your QMI shares to OSK?

 

A) Yes, tender each of my QMI shares for .611 OSK shares, or

B) NO, I want more!

 

My answer is B) NO, I want more sir!.  What do you say?

B.    NO   Based on what they have released so far, I will definitely mail in and respond NO to the 0.611 share trade offer.  Now, having said that the number of shares I control means next to nothing in the over all scheme of things but I am certain others likely feel the same.  QMI previously traded at the last sale run up over $8 with less proven exploration.  I ...more

The 100M in the bank should command a huge premium on its own, try and raise that kind of money in todays market. Could be the main reason Osisko is after QMI. Agree, not enough info from QMI management.
