OncoQuest Inc.’s technology platform includes a panel of tumor antigen specific monoclonal antibodies of the immunoglobulin G (IgG) and E (IgE) class targeting CA125, MUC1, PSA, Her2/neu, CA 19.9 and TAG72; and the application of combinatorial immunotherapy to enhance tumor specific immunity and clinical outcome. The Company also has a 23% ownership interest in OncoVent, which is developing antibody-based immunotherapeutic products for cancer in the Greater China territory.

Has the deal gone through?

Has the deal gone through?QPT didn't PR anything about recieving that 1% $1.75 million payment if the deal/merger  was not completed by Feburary 24. Korean regulator had until April 14,2022 to sort this out. It's 12:15 pm April 14 in Korea right now.  The stock is up 30% in a week. Is this finally the end of this long process?
