Pretty sure most of the CIBC buying is German buying.
I suspect they have a deal in the works, likely outcome existing shareholders get bent over again. Mgmt suprisingly takes care of themselves. The stock is being held up at 5c and held down at 5c at the same time.. my guess is 5c financing with a 10c warrant. Massively dilutive to existing guys. Mgmt will grant themselves options and or participate in the financing.
either way its the only way out for everyone. The only outcome which would be good for us (unlikely) would be the financing from german investors plus the development of a german manufacturing facility and a large lead order. This is all purely speculation. Without the lead order we still probably get pumped.
