" NO NEGOTIATION FOR EXPROPRIATION "

This BOARD appears to be in a state of total SHOCK & rightfully so !! Surely didn't expect Quebec's OIL/ GAS Ministrie's decision to expropriate without some form of compensation .

Quebec O/G Miinistry has held SHAREHOLDERS & MGMT In limbo for APPROX + - 14 yrs

using stall tactics to delay development towards production.

So far , we haven't heard a peep or noise from our Norweigen Shareholders who hold approx.

158 million shs / QEC .
