Its not like they got an equity kicker with the PP-but not sure how this is bad from the perspective of small shareholders. I have been involved since the original 5 cent offering and several subsequent ones-yet I was not invited in on this. The inner circle kept this to themselves, I am hoping that this turns out to be a gross abuse of their privledge! If they cash in big so do we! Bottom line, at a time when most juniours are desparate for capitial we are drowning in it. And we have a potential for near term cash flow! Only an opinion, but the fact that the deep pockets finally got off the sidelines speaks volumes.
