No news is good news?

Strange times here for ROS. No bullboard comments, volume is conpletely dried up and company has gone radio silent. Are we getting a buyout or are we going bankrupt?

insiders just lined up for a private placement at a premium to market.  And we will get another 5MM as I recall upon the issuance of the permit.  So we are not heading for bankruptcy, in fact I am a little chocked at the unnecessary dilution.  We have a mineable deposit next to an existing facility-that is valuable-even more so to the owner of the existing deposit. All good points but they don't translate to any interest in the stock. No buyers, only net sellers to the bid. Who is selling here if the future is so bright? Insiders were "lined up" at the recent issuance at 20 cents yet the same insiders are not buying any at 16 cents? Not passing the sniff test for me.

completely agree-where are the PP participants now?  Its not like they got an equity kicker with the PP-but not sure how this is bad from the perspective of small shareholders.  I have been involved since the original 5 cent offering and several subsequent ones-yet I was not invited in on this.  The inner circle kept this to themselves, I am hoping that this turns out to be a gross
