RE:PATHEHTICI bought shares of the stock only this week (although have followed it for some time). I understand your frustration. But the one-time when you should get excited about this stock is now! I think this stock doubles this year (and potentially begins a multi-year run).
It's all about scale in this business. The acquisition does exactly that.
Now, I don't think the stock moves at all until we get clarification of how the company is going to raise $12 million...but I'm assuming a good chunk of that is already spoken for. My guess would be $8 million equity at 25 cents and the remaining $4 million convertible debentures. We'll see soon.
