short version of this sad story?

short version of this sad story?Hi All:
I owned this POS for years when it was paying a decent dividend.  Tanked essentially to pennies and of course they went belly up; recently got a notice from my broker, which seemed to be written in a foreign language (ok, it was legalease) essentially telling me what I already knew-the shares were defunct.  Ok I can write off part of that loss.  My real question is this: can someone give me the short version of how they've recapitalized and who the idiots are that would buy this trainwreck looking for another place to happen?  Is there any talk of class action suits against the company (hopefully the poor smucks that worked there and got burned on pensions would be the first to receive some compensation, but I'd be willing to accept some cash too).  Thanks
