I have commented on this in the past...We will end up working with Mr. Storm as he will control Eurogas. Eurogas will pay us as they show their commitment to us in their Audited Statements filed with the SEC.

Rick & Doug (and their Corporate Governance Committee?) have an obligation to complete a transation before WG can pull the stunt you suggest.
