The point is that before you enter an order to buy or a ask, ask your self if you are intending to buy or ask, or if you are planning on pulling it beforehand. To stay out of trouble.
Exact opposite of what you had stated actually, as you were warning that people putting up shares to stop shorters were subject to this guy's situation, which we are not. He was trying to lure others into believing a defunct company was on the move by placing orders, we are placing orders to keep trash shorters from using our shares to short our stock.
