RE:RE:RE:GTV 2.0, what would happen to this load of 274kg rock?Actually Hayward shorted before the Private Placement even happened and that is what sent the price down from 50 cents to under 40 cents - they knew that it was going to happen. They then covered their positions in the .33 to .38 range. The wrangling with the warrants and their discussions with Huet were all designed to keep the price down while they covered their short positions. Also, the fact that they received a large portion of the PP helped with their short covering from the 50 cent range! GLTA RNC Longs.
