imho pemex is telling all their top prospects basically the same thing, that they are a top priority, think about it, what else can they say without out some bailing on them. there is no way pemex can come close to paying for all their good looking prospects so they are in the process of choosing which ones they will fund. roe was told they were a top priority in dec and it was just basically a matter of signing off etc. a few other contracts have moved forward since then but so far not us. I think most of pemex loot will towards offshore projects with majors as partners. I do still think wwe will end up with the migration or I wouldn't still be here, but who knows when, I'm pretty sure roe mgmt doesn't know for sure. part of the delay is definitely some of the changes made by amlo but still looks good. recent trading indicates we are close but if it was a slam dunk we would be much higher than we are now.
