"Renaissance and its partners are now engaged in discussions with the relevant Mexican authorities for clarification on this matter."  this needs to be clarified to shareholders once they finish those discussions.

a few months ago pemex put thru an aplication to the cnh to drill a further 2 wells on the amatitlan, roe had no idea they had done this until it was pointed out to them, sooooooooo pemex and the mex authorities do what they want when they want, it's their house, they obviously don't feel the need to pre warn these foreign oil cos. before they act.  this recent supposed migration rule changes "seem" to be coming from that 33rd session of the cnh, which is about as official as it gets down there, WE NEED CLARIFICATION FROM ROE if indeed they are able to get it, lol.

you were wrong on calling a bottom and you could very well be wrong here, we shall see how this pans out, hopefully all will be well.
