who is going to vote this down in July when RECO is $22 and ROE is a$1.00?

I get where you are coming from. However in that scenario RECO is the only offer on the table. Which i highly doubt is the case (just my personal opinion). With that said. Yes, if no other offers are available the one looks good.

Dont get me wrong, as a ROE shareholder im excited there is a buyer. Im just curious to know what could've been if RECO didnt think the partnership was already in the bag.

ROE would go bankrupt. They couldn't make interest and royalty payments.
