Exactly what I emailed to management this morning after I read the announcement.
First they cut the number of shares I own significantly and than follow up with a financing to further dilute the remaining shares.
There can only be one reason for the reverse split and that is that they are planning to do a financing.
If they do follow through with a financing they better have a damn good reason (and real need) other than just for the purpose of lining their pockets.
If this company can't provide share value (appreciation) for us shareholders, then management does not deserve any bonus pay.
But, greed is what it is and they will always look after themselves first.
