Massive private placement is probably coming next, watch out.  What other reason to do a reverse split now?  They could have just left it and in a few months with positive cash flow and increasing production this would easily double, but that probably wouldn’t leave much money for management’s bonuses.  The only logical solution in the eyes of a ceo: private placement.

Exactly what I emailed to management this morning after I read the announcement. First they cut the number of shares I own significantly and than follow up with a financing to further dilute the remaining shares. There can only be one reason for the reverse split and that is that they are planning to do a financing. If they do follow through with a financing they better have a damn good reason ...more
