I agree that this may be another good time to accumulate shares of RVM as I expect great things by year end. I don't have a problem with options for staff; the company seems commited to its staff--especially in troubling economic times in an area of the USA that has struggled more than others. They want to keep highly skilled, motivated, invested employees around for future development of Rock Creek. I think this is all working towards the next positive announcement of further Rock Creek development later this year. At that point, the market should start to value RC into the share price and we will all benefit in the mid to longer term with a significant lift. FYI, I have been a share holder for two years now, and see nothing but fantastic things in the coming months/years for this company. I have no problem being patient with this one.
