Ok and if it turned out something went wrong with the gardens, as in didn't live up to the expectations they would have had to take everything out and figure out the problem before reinstalling the gardens back in which would have been a waste of time, labour cost, etc. I'm sure it was just them being cautious. I personally would have done the same thing. The company has clearly shown that they are not in a rush to get where they want/expect to go, slow and methodical is their approach- whereas shareholders are the ones that seem to be in a rush to see the stock price rise/reverse.
