Just smart business planning from what I can tell. Why spend the money if you don't need it right away.

They knew that when they did get the license that they were growing from seed and doing a test round so they had 3 to 4 months until they would have enough mothers and clippings in sequence for the mass production. 

They likely had the 1st few rooms of 7 6 packs of orbitals done but why build the rest of the rooms to production spend the money on the cost and the staffing to then have it sit there. 

I wish I had figured it out sooner but it's hard to see now how they could even hit max capacity within 6 months of license and seed planting really. 

The place is designed flawlessly. People will be passing trays and plants through pass-through windows between rooms all day long starting these days working hard; must really be ramping up over there. One thing I thought of I have't heard mentioned is a big staffing reduction and time savings on cropping procedure with the one big bud growth design.

The hall ways and rooms are built like surgical rooms and can be washed down with a hose. All the equipment for the orbitals is durable and washable. easy to replace parts it looks like. They tweaked and made the orgital design their own and it seems quality and efficient.

With the way things are supposed to be going and the type of PR game they are playing sounds like some big news could be on the horizon. I would argue there is not much bigger than the recent Biocare deal and European expansion but something about a really key metric that the market wants right now, oh yeah production.

If with this next quesrterly report in a few weeks, if there was some great news on that front, now that might get some momentum going. Weekly cropping started? 200kg per year rate attained. On track for 900KG per month output starting December. Booyah!
