I called into the Q3 results conference call last year. I do remember George said he was working on a deal to extend the debenture due date.

My fallable memory, and lack of notes (or a recording) means I can't be sure of the wording, but I seem to recall George saying something along the lines of 'we haven't announced anything on that so I can't go into detail, but we are working on dealing with the debenture'

Can anyone second/correct my unreliable memory?

I was unsure if he was blowing smoke at the time, or if he had a firm solution that he just did not want to explicitly confirm. I can only hope the issue is dealt with, and being kept quiet until closer to the deadline...
