The deadline on the Debentures is March 2 and so that news could come Monday but wy waste the fees on two news releases and so I am guessing it all comes Friday after close.
You might be right Shazam that news might be bad and so that is why tere are so many bids waiting to receive the unhappy sellers but still begs the question wy the bids? Most failing micro's don't have millions of sares on the Bid so I have hope ad it seems others do as well. Holding this long to sell right before the news sounds crazy.
Harsh words on Mat Shazam but I agree it's hard to ignore his association to the misrepresentation. Tough call. If he was complicit, wouldn't he still be there though?
Highly doubt ay class action lawsuit would happen as this story has happened a thousand times and is rampant across this new sector though I agree warranted.
And Ashleigh, I guess I am not tat smart because I was just never realy worried about the patent lawsuit as it seems the corporate world was built on tat type of thing and it's more for the lawers than anything. Plus, RQB appears to have not used the machines much and so changes have probably been made ad or new features added so tat it's a none issue aymore I would hope.
Tick tock. Sure seems like a waste of a eat stor if this doesn't have another run in it and maybe, just maybe, the run turns in to a business. Signing off as the smuck holding on to the last tuft of grass as I fall over the cliff.
Hey Howdy
Just regarding your 2nd to last paragraph there you say 'its a non issue anymore I would hope.'
You might be right that they didn't make that many machines, so the lawsuit may not be that big (Still probably cost RQB $2m+ in licensing and legal fees I would think, but thats not too bad) however the damage has largely already been done with JV partners who were on the cards to order $20m+ of these machines now backing out as well as the very little product being grown.
RQB say they're just growing to match contracts - IMO that's a poor excuse because these machines are the lowest cost hydroponic systems on the planet. They could sell to anyone at wholesale with a gross profit of 70%++
IMO RQB will not be growing much longer. They will sell the assets from the facilities and turn into DigiGro Global
OR... someone will buy the company just for the assests as I believe Botanist has been saying.
