Who would be crazy enough to invest $10 million in this situation?

Never seen this kind of raise before. If it happens would put them at approx. 2 billion shares outstanding. Seriously! Never mind a 10 to 1 rollback let's try 20 to1. We would still have a hundred million share float.  Gardy
