Here's who owns the IP. I will do so more follow-up. It's not right that we find out only through happenstance rather than through SBS or its alleged receiver. There was never a bankruptcy notice or any follow-up to our enquiries through the ASC.
Little retail owners (who contributed lots of our cash) like us are nothing according to some. I personally can't wait to see what else we uncover...
No corruption or illegal activity is being eluded or suggested to here.
Yet....an ongoing ivestigation must happen before we know the truth.
The companies rightly held liens...but the question is, with whom are they working and in what capacity?
