Experiences with despac day?

As Subversive approaches despac day does anyone have any experience with this? The only despac transaction I experienced was with CLVR and it sold off right away into a pretty nasty 45% correction from the highs. Curious what others have seen with these types of transactions in general.

Thanks for the analysis, Benedictus.   I don't have enough knowledge to add to your post.   However, I think the cannabis sector stands to do well over the next 12 months (at least).   The probabilities are better for rescheduling cannabis, on the federal level, with the Democrat administration.   I have a decent stake in shares.   I may add to my

I like the game plan of Subversive a lot  Having said that this is a spac and as I said they are oftentimes quite the rollercoaster ride  I took a modest position several days ago in the warrants and common prior to fully reviewing the financials.
