These all stars are taking at least 7 million a year for themselves. Something to consider when touting an unvervaluation.

that's an excellent point. there probably are valid business reasons to participate in CSO offering, but in general it's difficult to imagine a better, safer and more lucrative investment than ...more

The one earth website says they had 22,000 heads in 2014.  I'm sure that has grown to 25,000 to 30,000 heads of cattle.    The Australia deal was around $2,000 per head it sounds ...more

No they have misconstrued the filing. SRC continues to sell ICD and that 13d announces that they are now below 5% ownership level. They no longer will have to file when they sell more ICD shares.  ...more

No formal announcement on sale of half of the ICD position. Will they be looking to sell the entire amount? If so, this will be a cash infusion of about $30mm or about $0.31 per share.
