Bad move by ADI. I don't understand how this offers value at all to ADI shareholders. Sprott have a poor track record.

Not a very active shareholder base indeed. I think about 28% of the shares voted the annual proxy. I wonder does this mean the deal is sure to go through? Do they need a certain amount of shareholders

We will effectively be receiving 3 shares of ADI which trade on the venture exchange (ADI-V). They are currently at $0.18 which values SCP at 0.54. The 70 cent valuation that Sprott Inc is

Yeah the deal is blatant. Its set up so that Sprott Inc, can maximize its ability to earn management fees off of these assets. The second priority is for SCP managament to maintain their high paying

in what way is this better for SCP shareholders? we have cash and no debt now, so failure is not possible. why do we want out for a pittance? why does ADI get a bigger premium, plus they get warrants

After reading through the details there are some things that are positive. Mainly the investment by Sprott Inc, and Rule, buying shares at a premium. So liquidity should improve and NAV does increase.
